What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define meaningful metrics and reporting needs
- Design and maintain robust datasets that deliver timely, structured access to business-critical information
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret data for both routine and on-demand reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using modern BI platforms
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by monitoring key indicators and investigating anomalies
- Support end users by training them on BI tools and best practices for data exploration
- Work within AWS cloud environments to build scalable, high-performance reporting solutions
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting roles
- Strong command of SQL, including complex query optimization and data transformation
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, QlikView, or PowerBI
- Background in data modeling and structured reporting frameworks
- Excellent written and spoken English with clear communication skills
- Ability to translate business questions into data-driven answers
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to multiple database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and modern data architectures
- Experience in automation, ETL processes, or data warehousing
- Prior work in financial services or payment technologies
