Mural is hiring a Senior Data Analyst, Marketing who will act as both a strategic storyteller and a hands-on analytics operator. You will shape and execute our marketing and product-led growth data strategy, build the systems that power our insights, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
What You'll Do
- Map, measure, and optimize customer journeys for both product-led and sales-led growth.
- Identify drop-off points, analyze conversion paths, and recommend improvements that drive acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Create and maintain intuitive, real-time dashboards (Tableau, Databricks, Looker, etc.) that combine marketing, product, and CRM data.
- Architect and manage GA4 event tagging to capture the full customer journey.
- Ensure tracking accuracy, integrate with CRM/marketing automation platforms, and partner with RevOps.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across campaigns, onboarding, and product experiences.
- Incorporate attribution and segmentation analysis to understand performance by channel, product, and customer type.
- Turn complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Use data to influence GTM priorities, marketing spend, and cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, and Marketing Ops.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in marketing analytics, ideally in B2B SaaS, with experience in both product-led and sales-led growth models.
- Proven track record of driving measurable impact through data.
- Strong SQL Skills: Ability to query, join, and manipulate large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
- GA4 Mastery: Deep experience with GA4 event tracking, tagging strategy, and analytics best practices.
- Advanced Data Visualization: Proficiency in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experimentation Experience: Hands-on expertise designing, running, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
- Exceptional Communication: Skilled at translating complex data into concise, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- CRM & Marketing Automation Familiarity: Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
- RevOps Collaboration: Proven experience partnering with Revenue Operations teams and supporting marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
- Project Management & Process Improvement: Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify data flow gaps and recommend process and automation improvements.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with data pipeline and tagging tools such as Google Tag Manager, Segment, Databricks, DBT, or Airflow is a plus.

The Business Analytics team sits within Mural’s Centralized Operations team, which also includes Information Technology, Program Operations (PMO), and Business Operations and Strategy.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $140,000-$160,000 + benefits
