Phiture is hiring a Senior Data Analyst, GTM

MaintainX, through Phiture, is hiring a Senior Data Analyst, GTM. This role is focused on marketing analytics within a B2B SaaS environment. You will embed directly with marketing stakeholders to uncover actionable insights, build and maintain BI infrastructure, and ensure data quality.

What You'll Do

• Partner directly with marketing teams as their trusted analytics partner, anticipating needs and prioritizing execution.
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, pipelines, and reporting systems that track marketing performance across all data platforms, including Tableau and Salesforce.
• Create and manage weekly/monthly performance reports and executive dashboards for funnel metrics, channel performance, and pipeline health.
• Partner with Data Engineering to maintain clean, accurate data flows from marketing platforms into the analytics stack.
• Build tools, dashboards, and documentation to empower marketing teams with self-service analytics.
• Execute ad hoc analyses and data pulls to support time-sensitive marketing decisions and campaign reporting.
• Support stakeholders with budget setting, goal setting, and related reporting.
• Present dashboards, results, and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commerce, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field.
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Marketing Analytics professional in B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise in marketing data, funnel metrics, and attribution.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau and Salesforce.
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with database management systems and pipelines.
