Requirements
- Solid grasp of customer success principles and a genuine drive to keep learning.
- Excellent written and spoken English; fluent German required.
- Strong communicator with sharp interpersonal skills.
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- 2–3 years of experience; training provided.
- Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.
