About the Role

SixMap, Inc. is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale relationship with our enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring full adoption and maximum value from our cybersecurity platform to drive high retention, measurable security improvements, and account expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, building deep relationships and conducting regular Executive Business Reviews.
  • Provide technical guidance during implementation, configuration, and optimization phases, helping customers interpret security data and integrate the platform.
  • Guide customers through seamless onboarding and provide expert guidance on interpreting exposure data and prioritizing risks.
  • Monitor customer health indicators and usage patterns to proactively identify risks to adoption or renewal and drive resolution.
  • Gather customer feedback on product capabilities and advocate for customer needs with product and engineering teams.
  • Drive towards 100% retention and identify opportunities for expansion within accounts, collaborating with sales teams on upsell and cross-sell.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or technical support roles.
  • 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience (SOC, security engineering, incident response, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust) and concepts like EASM, CTEM, and risk prioritization.
  • Familiarity with Internet-facing assets, vulnerability assessment, threat intelligence integration, IPv6 security challenges, or related tools.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical data into business value for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Track record of achieving high retention rates and driving account growth/expansion.
  • Technical proficiency with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, or cloud security tools.
  • Experience with log analysis, threat hunting, or security investigation workflows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in exposure management, asset discovery, or related cybersecurity domains.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+).
