Regional Sales Engineer, Romania (Remote) at CrowdStrike is a pivotal technical role focused on transforming how organizations approach endpoint security. As a trusted advisor, you will demonstrate CrowdStrike's AI-native platform and articulate why legacy security solutions fail to stop modern threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain current security architectures and their limitations in preventing breaches
- Position CrowdStrike as the next-generation solution redefining endpoint protection
- Act as the technical liaison between CrowdStrike and customers or prospects
- Deliver compelling technical presentations to technical teams and C-level executives
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams to drive customer success
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-engagement environment
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in endpoint or network security (AV, EDR, SIEM, Firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Proven ability to explain complex security concepts clearly
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Sales engineering experience or 5+ years in a related technical role
- Fluency in English and Romanian
- Strong communication, presentation, and self-direction skills
Preferred Skills: PowerShell, Python, Bash, virtualization/VDI, AWS, Azure, GCP, OSI model, malware analysis, threat intelligence. Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, or SANS are a plus.
