Traackr was looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager APAC

Shape client success across the Asia-Pacific region by guiding enterprise teams to fully leverage a leading influencer marketing platform. In this role, you’ll design and deliver customized onboarding experiences, ensuring clients quickly achieve value through targeted training and use case development.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage personalized onboarding plans for new clients, focusing on rapid adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Define success metrics aligned with clients’ influencer programs, combining quantitative results with strategic insights.
  • Identify gaps in current marketing initiatives and position platform capabilities as strategic solutions.
  • Track platform usage and engagement, proactively addressing adoption challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with customer partners and success teams to manage account health, flag risks, and uncover expansion potential.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 7 years in customer success roles supporting global enterprise clients.
  • Background in SaaS, ideally within marketing technology or communication platforms.
  • Industry experience in beauty or influencer marketing is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to lead interactive workshops and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication skills across time zones and cultures, with fluency in English required.
  • Comfort engaging stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to senior executives.
  • Degree-holding professionals with a consultative approach and collaborative mindset are preferred.
  • Proficiency in another APAC language is an advantage.
