About the Role

Traackr is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager for our APAC region. In this role, you will partner directly with enterprise clients to optimize their implementation and adoption of Traackr's platform, enabling their teams to achieve measurable influencer program goals. Your focus will be delivering a consistent, high-quality experience at every client touchpoint.

What You'll Do

  • Establish tailored onboarding and training plans for new APAC enterprise clients to drive early product adoption and success.
  • Determine critical quantitative and qualitative measures for success for clients' influencer programs.
  • Leverage insights into program gaps to elevate the Traackr product and advance strategic client goals.
  • Monitor and address adoption and usage metrics for clients within the APAC region.
  • Partner with Client Partners and fellow Customer Success Managers to manage accounts strategically, identifying both risk signals and opportunities for growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience as a customer success manager working with global enterprise clients.
  • Experience with SaaS technology, preferably within marketing, communications, or marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Direct experience in the beauty industry or with influencer marketing.
  • Demonstrated public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to facilitate dynamic workshops with content presentation and engaging exercises for groups of various sizes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients at all organizational levels.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working in a consultative capacity with clients, including running workshops, delivering presentations, and holding senior-level discussions on goals and results.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in another APAC language.

Team & Environment
