About the Role

UiPath is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to guide our customers through their post-sales journeys and AI-powered transformation programs. You will be a strategic thinker responsible for customer adoption and value delivery, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Own the customer’s overall adoption strategy and comprehensive value delivery plan.
  • Lead end-to-end adoption delivery, coordinating internal and external workstreams for implementation.
  • Advise customers on defining, delivering, and realizing value aligned with their objectives.
  • Develop and maintain workstream plans, timelines, deliverables, and success milestones.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and tailoring success strategies.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key clients as a trusted advisor on automation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic goals and tailor automation solutions.
  • Apply operational, technical, and change management best practices to drive transformation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and contribute to thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, communicate client expectations, and track execution.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.

  • Extensive experience in customer success roles with a proven track record.
  • Experience with professional services and attach motions for support and services.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A data-driven mindset.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute customer success strategies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

  • An MBA is preferred.
  • Experience in the SaaS or RPA space.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate with internal technical teams, sales, and other stakeholders.
