Jobgether is hiring a Senior Customer Success Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients maximize the value of their investment through smooth adoption, ongoing engagement, and measurable success. This is a customer-facing, high-impact role requiring a balance of technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and relationship management.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary technical expert for the platform, delivering onboarding, training, and continuous support.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers, ensuring alignment between their business goals and platform capabilities.
- Design and deliver customized use cases, enabling customers to achieve their desired outcomes.
- Monitor adoption and health indicators, proactively identifying risks and addressing blockers.
- Advocate for customer needs by influencing product development and sharing feedback internally.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to assess progress, identify growth opportunities, and drive expansion.
- Share best practices, mentor peers, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the customer success function.
What We're Looking For
- Associate’s degree required.
- 12+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles within software or SaaS environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and cloud environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies, databases, infrastructure, and administration.
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and data security tools (DLP, DSPM, CSPM, SIEM, vulnerability management).
- Track record of managing customer relationships, including onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging both executives and technical teams.
- Self-starter, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
