Greenbone AG is hiring a driven Account Executive - Cybersecurity to be the first sales person on the ground for its OPENVAS solutions in the UK and Ireland. You will take full ownership of developing and expanding our presence across the region, engaging with prospective clients to solve their IT security and compliance challenges.
What You'll Do
- Leverage the extensive community of our open-source vulnerability tool to convert prospects into valued customers.
- Design and deliver your territory plan for the UK & Ireland market.
- Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new customers and partners through outbound sales efforts.
- Lead the sales process from generating leads to successfully closing deals.
- Communicate the value proposition of OPENVAS solutions with clarity and confidence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure we provide the very best solutions for our customers.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as the 'first person on the ground', successfully building up a new territory in the UK for a software company.
- Background in IT Security.
- Full professional proficiency in English is essential.
- Willingness to travel within the region (approximately 30%).
- Ability to work independently in a structured manner, combined with strong team spirit.

- Experience selling into Public Sector organisations.
