Hiqqen, a Swiss boutique cyber-security and OSINT firm, seeks an OSINT & Cybersecurity Intern / Apprentice. In this role, you will conduct investigations, operate internal tools, coordinate takedowns, manage honeypots, and contribute to reports and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Plan and run OSINT investigations to collect, verify and enrich publicly available data for client engagements.
Operate and continuously improve Hiqqen’s in-house platform for automated data gathering, real-time alerting and dashboard reporting.
Coordinate with platform owners, ISPs and legal teams to remove malicious or infringing material uncovered during investigations.
Design, deploy and monitor honeypots to attract, identify and log attacker activity; analyse findings to harden client defences.
Produce concise intelligence reports and share best practices with colleagues and customers.
Test new OSINT techniques, contribute to playbooks and suggest features for our tooling.

What We're Looking For

Foundational knowledge of OSINT techniques, networking basics and core cyber-security concepts.
Hands-on curiosity and enjoyment of reverse-engineering problems and learning unfamiliar tools quickly.
Trustworthiness & discretion for handling sensitive data and client information.
Ambition & motivation to push yourself to master new skills and exceed goals.
Commitment & ownership to see tasks through, communicate clearly and thrive in a self-directed environment.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup or collaboratively on-site in Saint-Gall.
Proficient in English.

Nice to Have

German or French language skills.
