About the Role
This position leads customer marketing and advocacy efforts within the Product Marketing team, shaping how customer value is communicated across the lifecycle while collaborating broadly to drive market impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead and expand global customer advocacy and marketing initiatives with strategic vision and hands-on execution
- Develop a world-class system for capturing and sharing customer stories through case studies, videos, web content, presentations, and executive materials
- Launch and manage a global customer reference program serving sales, analyst relations, media, and event needs
- Shape the onboarding journey to emphasize product value, differentiation, and user adoption
- Oversee external agencies and partners involved in content creation, video production, design, and multimedia output
- Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Communications, influencing outcomes without direct authority
- Establish performance metrics and refine marketing programs based on data-driven insights and business impact
Compensation
The base salary range varies by location, with additional compensation including potential bonus or commission and annual stock refreshers. Final offers reflect factors such as geography, experience, skills, and business needs.

The Adaptive Marketing team drives market presence through product launches, positioning, demand generation, customer engagement, and brand narratives. Embedded in Product Marketing, this role focuses on customer insight, messaging, and lifecycle value communication. The team partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Corporate Communications to deliver customer-first go-to-market strategies. It operates with experimentation, analytics, and outcome orientation, balancing agility with enterprise scalability.
