OraSure Technologies Inc. is looking for a Senior CRM Administrator to join DNA Genotek, operating within the Product Office - Sales Enablement team. You will be responsible for the strategic administration and optimization of our CRM platform to support global sales processes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience administering enterprise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Expertise in configuring workflows, security models, custom objects, and reporting
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
- Strong analytical skills for data integrity and process optimization
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with sales enablement and product teams
