RS Group is looking for a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to lead key transformation initiatives within our Credit Risk Management function. You will help shape future-state processes, drive system enhancements, and strengthen core credit risk data foundations. This is a proactive role for someone confident in working cross-functionally and making an impact at a stable, international company with high ethical standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead the redesign and optimisation of credit risk processes.
- Drive SAP Credit Management enhancements and workflow improvements.
- Manage portfolio re-segmentation and apply updated risk criteria.
- Lead data standardisation and clean-up across the AR portfolio.
- Develop future-state process documentation and workflow design.
- Report progress, risks and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in Credit Risk, Credit Operations or Accounts Receivable.
- Demonstrable understanding of Order to Cash processes, credit policies and process design.
- Analytical skills, able to translate data into insights.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel/Analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across regions.
- Fluent written and verbal English with a strategic mindset, focussed on continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
