Jobgether is looking for a Senior Content Manager to lead content strategy and UX writing across key product touchpoints for our AI-powered product experiences. You'll be responsible for translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly messaging and ensuring content aligns with user needs and business goals.

What You'll Do

• Drive content strategy and UX writing across critical customer experiences.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly messaging.
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers, product managers, and researchers to ensure content aligns with user needs and business goals.
• Create content informed by user feedback, analytics, technical constraints, accessibility, and localization best practices.
• Participate in workshops, critiques, and design sessions to maintain high standards and push creative quality.
• Maintain and enforce writing style guidelines and ensure consistency across all digital products.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of professional writing experience.
• 5+ years specializing in in-product content.
• Strong experience in content strategy and UX writing for digital products.
• Proven ability to translate technical language into approachable, user-friendly copy.
• Experience working collaboratively with designers, engineers, product managers, and researchers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Portfolio demonstrating clear, concise, and impactful content work.
• Ability to maintain creativity while adhering to style guides and controlled vocabularies.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with productivity tools or AI-powered products.
