Chili Piper is hiring a Senior Content Manager to own our content system from strategy to execution. You’ll build content that attracts our target audience, helps them understand their problems, and moves them closer to a buying conversation. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and works closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Events.

What You'll Do

Own the content roadmap with a clear demand goal behind every piece, including articles, posts, guides, courses, landing pages, and customer stories.
Write and ship content yourself in a hands-on capacity, turning product capabilities into resources for non-technical buyers.
Interview customers and GTM leaders to create content that feels real, not theoretical.
Build repeatable formats that compound, such as series, playbooks, reports, and benchmarks, within the next 6 months.
Track quality of engagement, inbound intent, and pipeline influence, improving based on what converts.
Work with Product Marketing and the VP of Marketing to turn content into real campaigns that drive pipeline.

What We're Looking For

5+ years in B2B SaaS content, growth, or product marketing.
A history of creating content that drove real interest and action, not just views.
Strong writing portfolio including posts, articles, landing pages, and guides.
Experience working with sales or demand teams and understanding their reality.
Ability to make complex topics simple without dumbing them down.
Experience tying content to business outcomes.
