Mosey is seeking an Operations Associate - Payroll to drive mission-critical initiatives that support our processes for scale. In this role, you will work across teams and vendors to assist with strategic projects and provide planning, analytical, operational, and implementation support.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to state registration requests, troubleshooting, and maintaining SLAs
- Identify improvements to registration and filing systems and processes
- Identify improvements to compliance requirements monitoring, updates, and coverage
- Provide support to users—answering questions and handling requests
- Support product feature launches and rollout to customers
- Write user communications and/or announcements
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years experience with payroll registrations
- 1+ years working in operations or a related function
- Previous experience working directly with customers
- Experience working at an early-stage startup or eagerness to learn
- Strong connection with the mission of the company
Nice to Have
- Experience working with a BPO

- Competitive compensation: $50,000 to $80,000 plus equity
