Ben Fatto is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in the delivery and implementation of NICE CXone solutions. This pivotal role focuses on guiding clients through complex engagements to optimize their customer experience platforms.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery and configuration of NICE CXone solutions for clients
- Design and implement contact center workflows, routing strategies, and integrations
- Provide expert consulting and guidance to clients on best practices and platform optimization
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective technical designs
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a consultant or technical lead implementing NICE CXone platforms
- Deep understanding of contact center operations, IVR, ACD, and workforce optimization
- Strong ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex concepts clearly
- Experience with project delivery methodologies and managing technical scope
