Senior Marketing Consultant Role Overview: This pivotal position drives strategic awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through consultant channels. The role encompasses designing comprehensive marketing programs that educate, enable, and activate brokers and consultants to influence employer decision-making and solution adoption. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Events, and Growth Marketing teams, you'll develop scalable initiatives that increase consultant engagement, generate qualified opportunities, and influence expansion deals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead multi-market Consultant Roadshows with comprehensive data analysis and performance tracking - Manage Consultant Advisory Council communications and strategic development - Collaborate on ROI narrative strengthening and value story enhancement - Design scalable consultant-facing events and engagement programs - Build and optimize consultant nurture and outreach sequences - Create targeted marketing collateral and campaign materials - Execute consultant-focused awareness and activation campaigns - Develop messaging that communicates differentiation and outcomes - Oversee consultant advertising and sponsorship initiatives - Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives - Manage consultant marketing budgets strategically Success Metrics: - Consultant-influenced pipeline growth - Strategic consultant firm engagement - Enablement asset adoption - Consultant satisfaction and advocacy - Event participation and impact Ideal Candidate Qualifications: - 5+ years B2B marketing experience in healthcare/HR technology - Proven success generating measurable channel partnership results - Outstanding storytelling and content development skills - Strong cross-functional project management capabilities - Executive communication expertise - Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools - Collaborative, influential leadership approach Compensation Range: $125,520 - $156,900 Comprehensive benefits package included We're dedicated to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
