The Senior Consultant, IT/Tech M&A will play a key role in delivering complex IT M&A projects across various industries and phases of the M&A lifecycle. As part of Deloitte's Deal Transformation team in Finland and the Nordics, you'll work on high-impact client engagements that drive successful merger, acquisition, and divestiture outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Work on complex IT M&A projects across various industries and M&A lifecycle phases, including due diligence, separations, integrations, and value realization
- Develop skills as an M&A generalist beyond the IT/Tech focus
- Work in a project team, guiding and supporting junior colleagues
- Assume responsibility for specific areas/sections of the project
- Contribute to delivering actionable insights and solutions that support successful M&A outcomes
- Gain broad exposure to M&A by collaborating closely with teams such as Tax, Consulting and Transaction Services
- Work collaboratively with clients on projects and proposals to build your network
