Responsibilities
- Directs technical and architectural dialogue with clients and internal teams, clearly conveying methodologies, decisions, and outcomes to both technical and executive audiences.
- Independently assesses and determines technical and architectural strategies for intricate challenges, consulting experts as needed while maintaining ownership of solution design.
- Leads the creation and deployment of modern, large-scale data platforms and advanced analytics systems.
- Contributes to business development by assisting with scoping, estimating, proposal writing, and client-facing pursuit activities.
- Advises clients on data governance, security, compliance, and operational frameworks in alignment with enterprise and regulatory standards.
- Establishes future-state data architectures and guides the implementation of scalable, cloud-based data warehousing and analytics platforms consistent with client strategic goals.
- Owns end-to-end delivery of complex digital and data consulting projects, including scope, timeline, budget, risk, quality, and financial outcomes.
- Serves as the main client contact, converting business goals into technical strategies, presenting recommendations to leadership, and supporting key decisions.
- Designs and manages scalable data pipeline architectures and integration systems; provides technical leadership and design review for ETL/ELT solutions using SQL, Python, and cloud-native tools.
- Supervises the development of analytics applications, dashboards, and reporting tools, ensuring technical excellence and relevance to client needs.
- Establishes and enforces data quality, governance, and security standards across projects; promotes consistent use of best practices and industry standards.
- Mentors technical staff, contributes to internal practice standards and reusable tools, and advances thought leadership in data architecture and engineering.
