About the Role
This role involves working with clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors to improve clinical operations by leveraging technology and industry best practices. The consultant will assess current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support implementation of scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand clinical operations challenges
- Analyze existing clinical trial workflows and data management practices
- Recommend process improvements aligned with regulatory standards
- Support configuration and deployment of clinical technology platforms
- Develop training materials for client teams on new systems
- Lead client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Provide guidance during system validation and testing phases
- Assist in change management initiatives for technology adoption
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT and clinical staff
- Document business processes and solution designs
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as 21 CFR Part 11
- Troubleshoot issues during implementation
- Deliver post-implementation support and optimization recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical trial trends
- Contribute to internal consulting methodologies
- Prepare client-facing presentations and reports
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycle
- Support data migration and integration activities
