Responsibilities

- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Support the organization's talent management and succession planning efforts.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance workforce planning processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of workforce planning activities and decisions.
- Provide training and support to managers and supervisors on workforce planning best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workforce planning and talent management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of workforce planning policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment between workforce planning and overall HR strategies.
