Neko Health is hiring a Workforce Planning Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain workforce planning strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and forecast future requirements.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
  • Monitor and report on key workforce metrics, such as turnover rates and time-to-fill positions.
  • Implement initiatives to improve employee retention and engagement.
  • Work with HR and departmental leaders to address workforce gaps and optimize staffing levels.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to workforce planning.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on workforce planning activities and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Support the organization's talent management and succession planning efforts.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance workforce planning processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of workforce planning activities and decisions.
  • Provide training and support to managers and supervisors on workforce planning best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workforce planning and talent management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of workforce planning policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment between workforce planning and overall HR strategies.
  • Identify and address potential workforce planning challenges and risks.
  • Support the organization's efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct regular audits of workforce planning processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on workforce planning issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Human Resources or a related field.
