About the Role

ICON is hiring a Senior Clinical Scientist to design and conduct clinical studies evaluating the safety and efficacy of innovative treatments. In this role, you will contribute to the advancement of groundbreaking therapies through expertise in clinical trial design, data analysis, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Support protocol related activities.
  • Conduct clinical data reviews.
  • Support data entry activities for medical monitoring.
  • Oversee safety dashboard content.
  • Perform medical data review.
  • Lead MM Meetings/Clinical Data Reviews.
  • Oversee medical data review preparations and TMF filing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop study protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports.
  • Analyze clinical data and interpret results to support decision-making and regulatory submissions.
  • Provide scientific input and strategic guidance throughout the clinical development process.
  • Establish partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on study objectives and outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • An advanced degree in a relevant field such as medicine, life sciences, or pharmacology.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Clinical Scientist in a CRO or biopharma setting.
  • Experience in protocol design.
  • Ability to present complex data and act as a moderator during team and cross-functional discussions, identifying trends.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and a strong attention to detail.
  • Highly self-organized, able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage workload.
