Anduril Industries is looking for a Senior Clinical Research Associate to take ownership of clinical study monitoring at investigative sites. This role is central to ensuring studies are conducted, recorded, and reported in strict adherence to protocol, SOPs, and all applicable regulations.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
- Ensure clinical studies are conducted per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations.
- Coordinate all necessary study setup and monitoring activities, including identifying investigators and conducting site visits.
- Handle appropriately sized clinical trials and support Project Managers with larger trials.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
- Interact directly with clients, manage payment initiation, and participate in proposal development and presentations.
What We're Looking For
- A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Holder of a CRA certificate.
- 3+ years of CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
- Oncology experience.
- Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays, up to approximately 50-60% travel commitment; international travel may be required.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
Nice to Have
- Graduate or postgraduate degree with a concentration in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
- Two+ years of oncology experience.
- Study start-up activities experience.
- Understanding of financial management.
