EX Squared is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be a trusted partner to our most important clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring their long-term success with our solutions.
What You'll Do
- Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client strategy, ensuring their goals are met.
- Analyze client business needs and translate them into actionable plans and solutions.
- Proactively manage client health, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a senior client-facing role, such as Client Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts and drive retention.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on client outcomes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates should be prepared to collaborate effectively with a distributed team and clients across various time zones.
