EX Squared is hiring a Sr. Program Analyst to take ownership of complex program analysis and execution. You will be pivotal in translating strategic business requirements into detailed, actionable plans and ensuring the successful delivery of key programs.
What You'll Do
- Lead program analysis, translating complex business requirements into structured, executable plans.
- Own program governance, including tracking progress, managing risks, and reporting on key metrics.
- Design and implement analysis frameworks to evaluate program health and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program scope, schedule, and resources are aligned.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation and executive-level status reports.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in program or project analysis, with a focus on complex initiatives.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop analytical models, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Expert-level skills in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong proficiency with program management methodologies and analytical tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership.
