EX Squared is seeking a Remote Program Analyst to join our team. You will provide analytical and operational support for key programs, contributing to their successful planning and execution.
What You'll Do
- Analyze program data to track performance against objectives and identify trends
- Assist in the development of program documentation, reports, and presentations
- Support program managers with scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, escalating potential risks or delays
- Facilitate communication and information flow between cross-functional teams

- Proven experience in a program support, business analysis, or project coordination role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create clear reports
- Proficiency with standard office and project management software tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
