EX Squared is hiring a Program Analyst (Agile) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, define requirements, and ensure successful project execution using Agile methodologies.
What You'll Do
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Agile teams to track progress, manage backlogs, and refine product roadmaps
- Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Program Analyst, or similar role
- Direct hands-on experience working within an Agile/Scrum framework
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
