EX Squared is hiring a Program Analyst (Agile) to join our global team. You will leverage agile methodologies to analyze complex business processes and define clear, actionable requirements. Your work will directly support the successful delivery of key initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Apply agile principles to analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into detailed user stories and functional requirements
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review sessions
- Analyze and model business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
- Support the development team by clarifying requirements and prioritizing the product backlog
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Program Analyst, or similar role within an Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and creating user stories with acceptance criteria
- Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings with diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, global setting
