EX Squared is looking for a Lead Program Analyst to oversee strategic analysis and program execution. You will be responsible for defining program requirements, analyzing performance, and ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the analysis and scoping of complex program requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and track key performance metrics to measure program success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on program goals and timelines.
- Identify risks and dependencies, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present analytical findings and progress reports to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a program analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong skills in data analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
