About the Role

This position is responsible for leading change strategies that support the implementation of a company-wide objective and key results program, ensuring alignment, adoption, and sustained engagement across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise change initiatives tied to the rollout of an organizational goal-setting framework
  • Develop and execute change management plans aligned with strategic business objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess change impact and readiness
  • Design communication strategies tailored to diverse stakeholder groups
  • Create training materials and engagement campaigns to support adoption
  • Facilitate workshops to gather feedback and drive alignment
  • Monitor adoption metrics and recommend adjustments to change tactics
  • Identify and empower change champions across business units
  • Address resistance through proactive engagement and targeted interventions
  • Ensure change activities are integrated with project timelines and milestones
  • Maintain change documentation and playbooks for scalability
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership on change-related people strategies
  • Translate business goals into clear, actionable change actions
  • Support leaders in delivering consistent change messaging
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change programs using qualitative and quantitative data
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
  • Align change strategies with enterprise values and operating principles
  • Manage multiple change streams with minimal oversight
  • Provide regular updates on change progress to senior stakeholders
