About the Role
This position is responsible for leading change strategies that support the implementation of a company-wide objective and key results program, ensuring alignment, adoption, and sustained engagement across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities

- Develop and execute change management plans aligned with strategic business objectives
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess change impact and readiness
- Design communication strategies tailored to diverse stakeholder groups
- Create training materials and engagement campaigns to support adoption
- Facilitate workshops to gather feedback and drive alignment
- Monitor adoption metrics and recommend adjustments to change tactics
- Identify and empower change champions across business units
- Address resistance through proactive engagement and targeted interventions
- Ensure change activities are integrated with project timelines and milestones
- Maintain change documentation and playbooks for scalability
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on change-related people strategies
