About the Role

Stellantis is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Advance Manufacturing Engineering (AME) team. In this role, you will be the key technical subject matter expert responsible for designing comprehensive ICT solutions to support new product launches across our NAFTA Region manufacturing plants.

What You'll Do

  • Function as the SME for the full suite of Stellantis manufacturing ICT applications, including ACC, ANDON, AVI, Broadcast, Factory Asset Center, FIS, KANBAN, MDT/Octoplant, Mercury, OPC (Kepware), PFCS, PFS, QAS, and UPS.
  • Engineer ICT solutions for manufacturing processes and lead process design meetings with equipment OEMs to identify integration points.
  • Develop Assembly and Powertrain Cost Studies, generating the scope and cost estimate for the ICT portion of each launch.
  • Identify issues and risks in process proposals and lead the workstream to resolve them.
  • Create comprehensive AME documentation that serves as the Statement of Work (SoW) for ICT system integration during product launch.
  • Present status updates on AME deliverables and study responses to stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of engineers and manage one or more supporting resources to deliver all AME documentation and study responses.
  • Execute and monitor current and new vendor contracts, ensuring contractor compliance and adherence to standards.
  • Develop long-term strategies for system reliability, process efficiency, and corporate standard compliance.
  • Update study tracking tools and deliver final study response documents.

What We're Looking For

  • Deep expertise as a subject matter expert in manufacturing ICT applications within a large-scale industrial or automotive environment.
  • Proven experience engineering and designing ICT solutions for complex manufacturing processes and product launches.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical resources and leading engineering teams.
  • Expertise in developing cost-benefit studies, scope documentation, and Statements of Work for technical projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings with OEMs and present to internal groups like Manufacturing Planning.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Proficiency in creating clear technical documentation and presentations.
  • Experience with vendor contract execution and compliance monitoring.
