First American is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to shape technology products for the real estate industry. In this remote role, you will work through ambiguity to deliver exceptional user experiences and lasting value to customers.
What You'll Do
- Document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, and project status
- Identify business system requirements and related business or application solutions across complete business processes
- Develop new customizations with design, documentation, testing, and training
- Conduct business process evaluations to gain technical knowledge of business requirements
- Act as a strategic partner and liaison between the user community and technical applications development staff
- Define business processes, ensure system alignment, and resolve system problems to ensure smooth customer processes
- Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives across teams and the organization
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or adjacent role
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with the Domain Product Owner, across multiple teams and a wide customer base
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to organize large amounts of information, glean insights, define problems, and identify root causes
- Strong written and oral communication skills to define business and technical parameters and lead teams to meet business requirements
Nice to Have
- Knowledge in training and education (CE/CLE), LMS systems analysis and support, and fraud prevention or similar experience

- Compensation: $82,925 - $110,525 Annually
