Moxie is hiring a Senior Business Operations Manager to drive some of our most strategic and complex initiatives. You will influence our strategic direction and own projects ranging from launching internal tooling to crafting market-facing content.
What You'll Do
- Transform ambiguous questions into structured analyses, clear frameworks, and actionable recommendations to drive clarity and decision-making.
- Own high-priority initiatives end-to-end from initial scoping through implementation and iteration.
- Design tools, metrics, and systems that give teams better visibility into performance.
- Identify insights, opportunities, or risks others haven’t yet surfaced and move quickly to address them.
- Lead high-impact projects like customer health dashboard, fractional CFO offering, and business model evaluation.
