What You'll Focus On: Operational Strategy & Continuous Improvement - Diagnose root causes of operational inefficiencies across onboarding, customer care, logistics, billing, and merchant lifecycle management. - Design and execute scalable solutions that improve workflow efficiency, enhance customer outcomes, and strengthen cross-border operations. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement—proactively identifying optimization opportunities before issues escalate. Cross-Functional Project Leadership - Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives, from problem definition to execution and impact measurement. - Align global teams to ensure seamless collaboration, transparency, and accountability on critical projects. - Establish clear project milestones and governance frameworks to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and measurable results. Business Insights & Performance Optimization - Partner with Business Intelligence and Systems teams to design, build, and improve dashboards and reporting frameworks. - Leverage analytics to track and improve customer lifetime value, retention, satisfaction, and operating efficiency. - Develop clear, data-backed business cases and performance models to inform strategic decisions. - Drive measurable KPI improvements in customer value through actionable insights and operational excellence. Systems & Infrastructure Development - Partner with internal teams to refine tools, data pipelines, and workflows supporting automation and scale. - Evaluate and evolve systems to support next-stage growth. - Ensure data integrity and enable self-service reporting across functions.
