CenterWell Pharmacy, Inc. is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join the Service Fund team. In this role, you will support pharmacy programs by developing, implementing, and valuing new initiatives while maintaining current ones, working extensively with market and finance partners.
What You'll Do
- Utilize complex SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other technical skills to drive process improvement and assist in managing pharmacy program expense allocation.
- Conduct research and produce reporting of monthly activity, providing an understanding of how the data reconciles and what it means for current and potential programs.
- Assist in producing reports and completing ad hoc requests using Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and other various analytical tools.
- Provide support for payments to value-based specialists.
- Aid in the evaluation of new pharmacy program opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of data analysis experience OR Master's degree and 3+ years of data analysis experience.
- 2+ years of advanced experience developing complex SQL queries.
- 1+ years of experience in Healthcare related data (e.g., Provider, Insurance).
- Experience with pharmacy claims data.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., Pivot tables, Vlookups, formatting).
- Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership.
Nice to Have
- Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field).
- Experience in health insurance related data (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, Claims, Premium Data).
- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and/or Databricks.
- Experience with Pyspark and/or Python.
- Experience with tools such as Power BI for creating data visualizations.
