SSM Health is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analytics Partner to collaborate directly with operational leaders and stakeholders. You will deliver analytic solutions that address operational objectives and drive measurable business impact, combining deep business understanding with advanced technical expertise.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop or support analytics solutions, serving as a subject matter expert for assigned areas.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain code across multiple data platforms like SQL server and Data Bricks to extract meaningful information from complex data sets.
- Obtain and maintain Epic certification in Clarity/Cogito/Caboodle as required for your area of focus.
- Manage work in sprints, defining clear objectives with success criteria in each two-week period, or manage via Kanban depending on the work.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation, quality checks, and user acceptance testing.
- Support continuous improvement in analytics methodologies and processes.
- Participate in relevant meetings for projects and knowledge sharing, and may provide technical documentation or instruction to operation leaders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years' relevant experience.
Nice to Have
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization best practices.
- Experience with the Epic analytics ecosystem.
