United Franchise Group (UFG, Inc.) is hiring a (Senior) Web Analyst (m/w/d) to join its remote team at PsyCommerce, a Shopify Plus agency specialized in conversion rate optimization. In this role, you will be a key part of the analytics team, turning data into actionable insights for e-commerce clients.

What You'll Do

• Conduct detailed analyses for Shopify shops using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Plan, implement, and optimize tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Create clear dashboards and reports in Google Looker Studio (GLS).
• Support the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to optimize shop performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and guidelines.
• Analyze heatmaps and recordings to identify optimization potential.
• Evaluate customer surveys to generate valuable insights.
• Collaborate closely with CRO managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and clients to implement data-driven strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in web analytics.
• Completed degree in mathematics, economics, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• Extensive practical experience with Shopify, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or Google Looker Studio.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio.
• Very good understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience handling SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages.
• Experience handling BigQuery (Data Warehouse).
• High analytical thinking and ability to efficiently process large amounts of data.
• Very precise, reliable, and independent way of working.
• Negotiation-level proficiency in spoken and written German.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Extensive knowledge in the eCommerce sector, especially in dealing with Shopify.
