Aios Medical at Fella & Delilah is looking for an AI Engineer to build the systems that power our growth and patient care delivery. You will focus on either Growth (acquisition and conversion tools) or ClinicOS (clinical operations automation), taking projects from concept to production: coding, testing, deploying, monitoring, and improving.
What You'll Do
- Build and own AI systems across our growth and clinical operations.
- Build and maintain core AI infrastructure connecting LLMs to our stack, including evaluation, monitoring, and fallbacks.
- Automate high-impact processes inside our platform: image/document checks, data validation, and smart copilots.
- Build AI tools that drive conversion & lead capture flows, chat and voice agents, and backend systems that automate our funnel.
- Measure everything, ship, test, and refine weekly using clear metrics.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in software engineering with hands-on work in AI, backend, or systems.
- Proven experience shipping LLM applications — prompt design, RAG, fine-tuning, or evaluation.
- Strong coding skills in TypeScript and/or Python.
- Experience designing and building modern, reliable APIs.
- Comfortable creating simple internal tools using React or similar.
- Works independently and takes projects from concept to production.
- Understands how to test, monitor, and improve model performance in production.
Nice to Have
- Infra basics: Vector databases, embeddings, orchestration frameworks.
- Built systems that track model quality and reliability.
- Experience with large data pipelines or distributed systems.
- AWS or similar cloud experience.
- Experience with OCR, image processing, or document pipelines.
- CS degree or equivalent.
- Public open source contributions or visible projects.
