Beacon Biosignals is hiring an Insights Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that elevate client strategies. Working at the intersection of data, technology, and communications, you will analyze trends across social and traditional media, market research, and digital platforms to craft compelling narratives.
What You'll Do
- Analyze social media, web, and traditional media data to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that guide communications and marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute Boolean queries to track conversations across social media and online news, identifying emerging trends and industry narratives.
- Create clear, engaging, and insightful visualizations and presentations using tools such as Google Sheets, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
- Evaluate content and campaign performance using analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Meltwater and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic recommendations and uncover new opportunities.
- Utilize Excel, Quid, and AI-driven platforms to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Partner closely with internal teams, including account leads, to ensure data-driven insights are integrated into client strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years in analytics, preferably in PR, marketing, or advertising.
- Focus on technology and healthcare sectors.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides).
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau or equivalent).
- Proficiency with media monitoring software (e.g., Quid, StatSocial, SimilarWeb).
- Strong passion for working with data, with confidence in translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly and persuasively.
- Highly organized, with strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to identify trends, solve strategic problems, and make informed recommendations using data.
- Comfortable with social platforms and aware of emerging trends in digital and social media landscapes.
