ANYbotics is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, AI/ML to contribute to the core intelligence of our autonomous legged robots. You will join a team dedicated to solving complex perception and navigation challenges in demanding, real-world industrial environments.
What You'll Do
- Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for robotic perception and navigation
- Build robust, production-ready software pipelines for data processing and model inference
- Collaborate with robotics engineers to integrate AI components into the robot's autonomy stack
- Optimize models and algorithms for performance on embedded hardware
- Contribute to the full development lifecycle, from prototyping to testing and field validation
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven track record of shipping and maintaining machine learning models in production
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Solid software engineering fundamentals: clean code, version control, testing, and CI/CD
- Experience working with real-world sensor data (e.g., cameras, LiDAR, IMU)
Nice to Have
- Experience in robotics, computer vision, or autonomous systems
- Knowledge of C++ for performance-critical components
- Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System)
- Background in deploying models to edge or embedded devices
