This role transforms complex people data into meaningful insights that empower leaders, developing scalable reporting solutions, designing insightful dashboards, and uncovering trends across the employee lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver advanced workforce analytics, dashboards, and reports using Power BI, Snowflake, and Workday.
- Build predictive and prescriptive models to support talent acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Uncover trends and drivers behind key workforce metrics.
- Deliver executive-ready presentations and workforce dashboards that tell a compelling data story.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify analytical needs and develop KPIs that measure workforce effectiveness and organizational health.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Sales, Product, and IT teams to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Define and maintain data governance standards for people data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Design and enhance the Workday data model to feed analytics and data pipelines.
- Manage the team’s analytics backlog, prioritize tasks, and oversee delivery to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects.
- Automate recurring reports and analytical processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, HR Analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or data analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including report design, DAX calculations, and creating actionable visualizations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday (advanced reporting, calculated fields, integrations, Discovery Boards, or People Analytics).
- Experience with Snowflake (data modeling, SQL queries, and data integration).
- Solid understanding of HR metrics and data structures (headcount, turnover, DEI, compensation).
- Excellent data storytelling, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Understanding of data modeling and ETL pipelines to support efficient analytics workflows.
- Must be proactive, able to work independently, and take the initiative to find and implement solutions for business requirements.
- Highly collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a willingness to embrace new challenges and learn continuously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to convey complex data concepts in simple terms.
Nice to Have
- Experience with predictive modeling and ML/AI-based solutions is a plus.
