Jobgether is seeking a Senior BI & Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to design analytical solutions that illuminate key metrics, uncover trends, and optimize operations.

What You'll Do

Analyze complex business and operational datasets to provide actionable insights that support strategic initiatives.
Map business processes and translate requirements into well-structured user stories, data flow diagrams, and analytical solutions.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics.
Lead User Acceptance Testing cycles, workshops, and training sessions with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
Conduct data profiling, mining, and validation to ensure data quality and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business partners to ensure alignment and optimize data solutions.
Perform ad-hoc analyses and present findings clearly to support evidence-based decision-making.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or business systems analysis, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Proficiency in SQL, data mining, profiling, and validation/testing of large datasets.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or MicroStrategy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a business-oriented mindset.
Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable insights and data-driven solutions.
Experience in Agile software development methodology and running UAT cycles.
Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have

A Master’s degree (MBA, Information Systems, or Computer Science) is a plus.
Experience in life sciences or biotechnology is a plus.
