As a Data Analyst, you will transform data into actionable insights to enhance the digital member experience. You’ll collaborate with product owners and UX teams to uncover opportunities, solve problems, and influence how members interact with our services.

What You'll Do

Coordinate team-level analytics efforts and contribute to broader divisional initiatives.
Conduct exploratory, diagnostic, and descriptive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Create and manage visualizations and reports that monitor KPIs and business metrics across digital, marketing, product, and operations.
Work closely with stakeholders to define metrics and ensure insights meet business needs.
Analyze A/B tests and other experiments to provide actionable recommendations.
Collect, clean, and transform data using SQL, Python, or Alteryx.
Partner with data engineering and BI teams to validate data pipelines and maintain documentation.
Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Share tools, templates, and feedback with peers and participate in learning sessions.
Translate stakeholder questions into analytical tasks that drive decision-making.
Ensure all documentation is clear, complete, and accessible.
Participate in data analyst forums to exchange ideas and improve your craft.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science) or equivalent experience.
Typically requires 2 years of relevant data analysis experience.
Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Python, or equivalent data preparation tools like Alteryx.
Intermediate proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Solid understanding of mathematical formulas, foundational statistics, and KPI concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have

1 year of relevant business or financial industry experience.

Target Pay Range: $85,800.00-$104,800.00 annually. Full Pay Range: $66,600.00 - $124,300.00 annually.
