Jobgether seeks a Senior Data Scientist I specializing in Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. In this role, you will drive data-informed strategies that directly impact customer acquisition and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain predictive lead scoring models to prioritize high-intent prospects.
Analyze marketing campaigns and GTM performance to optimize spend, efficiency, and ROI across channels.
Conduct deep-dive analyses of sales and marketing funnels to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Partner with Rev Ops to enhance data infrastructure and establish robust measurement frameworks for GTM activities.
Communicate insights and actionable recommendations to marketing and sales leadership to inform strategy and tactics.
Translate ambiguous business questions into structured, statistically rigorous analyses, including causal inference and predictive modeling.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably focused on marketing, sales, or GTM analytics.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.
Solid statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High autonomy, ownership, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, ambiguous environments.
Excellent communication skills to present complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience with Looker, Hex, dbt, or predictive modeling for lead scoring, marketing mix modeling, or sales funnel optimization.
