Finom is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our data team. In this key role, you will be responsible for turning complex business data into actionable insights that inform strategy and drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to translate business questions into data analysis
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analytical outputs
- Identify key business metrics and build frameworks to track performance and trends
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role
- Proven expertise with SQL for complex data querying, transformation, and manipulation
- Strong experience with modern BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Ability to understand business processes and model data to answer strategic questions
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
