Simply Staking is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to be a key driver of our next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the co-founders, you will establish new client relationships and establish our Spectrum RPC and blockchain data solution as an exceptional player in the space. You will own the entire sales process with direct responsibility to capture significant market share and revenue.
What You'll Do
- Develop a pipeline of new leads across various online and in-person channels.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their pain points and explain how our solutions meet their needs.
- Build, own, and lead the full sales process, from opportunity identification and negotiation to closing contracts, client retention, renewals, and upselling.
- Act as the main contact for client satisfaction, coordinating efforts across teams to provide required customer support.
- Work with internal business and technology teams to design and deliver solutions aligned with client business needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to develop materials and campaigns that drive the sales process.
- Develop and improve processes that lay the foundation for significant business expansion.
- Build, cultivate, and manage long-term strategic relationships with C-level and key technical staff across Web3 and Fintech.
- Maintain an internal database of clients, providing clear visibility into the sales pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- 6-8+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets in FinTech, crypto, or blockchain markets.
- Experience closing partnerships with startups and scaling teams, ideally in dev tooling, infrastructure, engineering, or adjacent categories.
- Understanding of how RPC nodes work and their importance within blockchain-based products and solutions.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and requirements and to design solutions that solve them.
- Knowledge and passion for the blockchain and FinTech industry.
- Proficiency using CRM software for forecasting and opportunity management.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience managing numerous requests and time demands concurrently.
- A willingness to grow and adapt with an exciting company in a high-growth space.
