NVIDIA is hiring an OEM Enterprise Manager

About the Role

Lead the expansion of AI enterprise solutions through strategic OEM partnerships in Germany and Central Europe. In this role, you'll drive business growth by enabling OEM teams, managing pipelines, and executing joint go-to-market strategies aligned with NVIDIA’s technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead OEM engagement at the country level, focusing on business development, team enablement, and revenue execution.
  • Manage sales funnels, track pipeline progression, and report on performance metrics across quarterly and annual cycles.
  • Collaborate with OEM and channel teams to deploy NVIDIA’s full enterprise stack, including hardware and software solutions.
  • Develop and execute market-specific business plans that align with global OEM programs and regional sales objectives.
  • Train and support OEM enterprise teams on product positioning, technical capabilities, and sales strategies.
  • Act as the primary liaison between local partners and NVIDIA’s global OEM channel organization.
  • Ensure transparency through consistent reporting and cross-functional coordination across ecosystems.

Qualifications

  • Native proficiency in German with strong command of English.
  • University degree in economics, international business, or a related field, complemented by a background in computer science or IT.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in OEM enterprise sales and channel management within the AI or IT sector, focused on the DACH and Central European markets.
  • Proven ability to balance hands-on execution with long-term strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and the agility to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
