KPMG Spain is looking for a Senior Business Consultant to provide strategic and operational consulting focused on the health sector. In this role, you will be instrumental in improving processes and organization, while leading digital transformation initiatives for major public and private healthcare entities.
What You'll Do
- Perform strategic and digital transformation plans for public and private healthcare organizations.
- Drive technological innovation and adoption in healthcare, including AI, RPA, and NLP.
- Support the digital transformation journey within healthcare organizations.
- Improve internal processes and service portfolios.
- Develop organizational models, coordination, and governance structures.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial or similar), Mathematics, Physics, Biotechnology, or Health Sciences.
- 2-4 years of professional consulting experience in the health sector (public or private), in areas such as process consulting, systems, Data & Analytics, digital transformation, operations, and implementation of computer systems.
- Language proficiency at a B2-C1 level.
Nice to Have
- A Master's or Postgraduate degree.
- Certifications in Agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum) or specific healthcare standards (SNOMED, HL7, FHIR).
